CAMERON ROBB, President and CEO, Director

Cameron Robb co-founded PetsMobility in June 2004 and has been acting Chief Executive Officer for both PetsMobility and On4™ Communications, Inc. Through the development of key partnerships, Cameron is striving to make On4™ a business leader in the Location Based Service industry. Prior to On4™ Communications, Cameron worked as an executive management consultant for both private and publicly held companies reporting on the NYSE in diverse industries such as Entertainment, Technology, Energy, and Consumer Products. His expertise with helping companies acquire financing, build International Sales programs and create innovative marketing strategies has enabled them to become more successful. Cameron has previously held the position of CEO/President and Co-founder of a North American entertainment and licensing company where he was instrumental in evolving the company's brand and increasing sales revenue over an eight-year period. He has assisted companies with financing, developed International Sales Programs, created innovative marketing strategies, and has helped develop several corporations into successful businesses. Currently Cameron serves as a Board Member for On4™ Communications and is an Advisory Board Member for several companies, including the Canada Arizona Business Council. He is also a proud mentor to Arizona State University students under their Technopolis Program, which was established to help ASU become a more responsive and entrepreneurial university.

PENNY GREEN, CFO and Director

Penny Green has more than ten years of experience serving as a public company executive. She has held the positions of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Director or Chairman of the Board with five public. She has also founded several private companies in the clean technology and pharmaceutical industries. Ms. Green is currently a Director of Merus Labs Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company engaged in the acquisition and licensing of pharmaceutical products. She also sits on the Board of Directors of Neurokine Pharmaceuticals Inc., a company engaged in the development and commercialization of therapeutic pharmaceutical products.

Ms. Green is owner and managing lawyer of Bacchus Law Corporation, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, a firm she founded in 1998. At Bacchus, Ms. Green leads a team of 12 legal professionals providing US and Canadian corporate and securities legal services. Over the past 12 years, Ms. Green has acted as legal counsel for over a hundred companies, advising them on accessing US and Canadian capital markets, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Her clients have operations in Europe, Africa, North America and Asia and include public companies carrying on business in mineral exploration, oil and gas, alternative fuels, sustainable technologies, biotechnology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, media and entertainment, education and real estate.

Ms. Green is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Washington State Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) and the American Bar Association. Her past professional activities include serving as a member of the Law Reform Committee of the CBA, British Columbia, and the Chair of The Dial-A-Law and Lawyer Referral Committee of CBA, British Columbia. Ms. Green is also the owner of Bacchus Filings Inc., a company that provides EDGAR filing services to public companies. She has a law degree from the University of British Columbia.
